∎ Strong portfolio showcasing previous screen print designs for event management.
∎ Strong creativity and artistic sense.
∎ Attention to detail and color accuracy.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Fluency in written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work on your initiative.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
∎ Prior experience in graphic design or content creation is preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design software.
∎ Need to have the ability to create content for corporate and wedding events.
∎ Create logos, posters/flyers, brochures, banners, newsletters, calendars, book covers, social media posts, box designs, and other materials for both digital and print versions.
∎ Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and advertisements.
∎ Develop creative content in Bangla and English, ensuring high-quality typography and readability.
∎ Knowledge of screen printing techniques.
∎ Must understand color separation, all-over design, dot design, pattern, etc.
∎ Experience with event mock-up development and design sample approvals will be a plus.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies.
∎ Ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
∎ Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
∎ Format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
