Role Description
Make My Event Corporate is looking for a dynamic and driven Event Planner & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and has a passion for delivering impactful corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept to completion
Manage event budgets, timelines, and overall logistics
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and requirements
Lead client meetings, proposals, and negotiations
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth strategies
Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution
Ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle
Requirements & Skills:
Prior experience in corporate event management is required and will be strongly preferred
Educational background is flexible; candidates from any discipline are welcome
Strong expertise in event planning and event management to ensure seamless execution of corporate events
Proven ability in new client acquisition, lead generation, and converting prospects into long-term clients
Strong sales skills with experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations confidently
Experience in budgeting and financial planning for event proposals and executions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and internal coordination
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, creative, and driven by a results-focused, customer-first mindset
Prior experience in corporate events, hospitality, sales, or event coordination is an added advantage
