Role Description

Make My Event Corporate is looking for a dynamic and driven Event Planner & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and has a passion for delivering impactful corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept to completion

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and overall logistics

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and requirements

  • Lead client meetings, proposals, and negotiations

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth strategies

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution

  • Ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle

Requirements & Skills:

  • Prior experience in corporate event management is required and will be strongly preferred

  • Educational background is flexible; candidates from any discipline are welcome

  • Strong expertise in event planning and event management to ensure seamless execution of corporate events

  • Proven ability in new client acquisition, lead generation, and converting prospects into long-term clients

  • Strong sales skills with experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations confidently

  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning for event proposals and executions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and internal coordination

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, creative, and driven by a results-focused, customer-first mindset

  • Prior experience in corporate events, hospitality, sales, or event coordination is an added advantage
