Requirements & Skills:

• Prior experience in event management (wedding and/or corporate) will be strongly preferred

• Educational background is flexible; candidates from any discipline are welcome

• Strong expertise in planning and executing weddings and corporate events with attention to detail

• Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and converting inquiries into long-term clients

• Strong sales skills with experience in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth

• Ability to confidently handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

• Experience in budgeting and financial planning for event proposals and execution

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client handling and internal coordination

• Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, creative, and driven by a results-focused, customer-first mindset

• Experience in weddings, corporate events, hospitality, or sales will be an added advantage

Make My Event (1200+ events) is hiring a Sales & Marketing professional to generate leads and close bookings. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries (Facebook, WhatsApp, phone), meeting clients, understanding requirements, and presenting event solutions. You will convert leads into confirmed deals, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. This role requires strong communication, confidence, and a target-driven mindset to handle premium wedding and corporate clients.
