• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT / Real Estate Marketing.

• Experience Requirements Sales & Marketing

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English

• Basic understanding of IT and Real Estate products and services

• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets

• Strong presentation, persuasion, and client-handling skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage

Job Location:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IT and Real Estate products and services, including Software, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Solutions

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads

• Communicate with corporate and individual clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ activities

• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets

• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems

• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
