Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target, and ensure to achieve individual sales targets set by the management.
∎ Conduct market research, analyzing data to identify target audiences.
∎ Design and implement marketing plans for company products.
∎ Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
∎ Maintaining client relations.
∎ Create and present sales performance reports daily /weekly/ monthly.

∎ Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.

∎ Ability to work well under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
