∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of marketing/sales experience in a Door, Doorframe, or Timber/Wood company.
∎ HSC passed or Diploma in any discipline.
∎ Male candidates only.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven.
∎ Willing to travel regularly within Dhaka and surrounding areas.
∎ Basic knowledge of doors, wood types, and related products is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and market our products directly to potential clients.
∎ Identify customer needs and explain the features and benefits of our doors, doorframes, and timber products.
∎ Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and property developers.
∎ Collect leads, take orders, and report daily visit updates to the marketing supervisor.
∎ Daily provide sales & visit report to Manager and Propose & implement different plans for increasing sales.
∎ Maintain good knowledge of all current product offerings, pricing, and company updates.
∎ Represent the company professionally and responsibly at all times.
