Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
∎ Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
∎ Convert leads into successful property sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing clients and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
∎ Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable real estate properties.
∎ Provide detailed property presentations, site visits, and investment insights.
∎ Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with potential buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
∎ Analyze client feedback and market demand to enhance sales approaches.
