Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
Convert leads into successful property sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Customer Relationship Management
Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable real estate properties.
Provide detailed property presentations, site visits, and investment insights.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with potential buyers.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
Analyze client feedback and market demand to enhance sales approaches.
Team Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Lead, train, and mentor junior sales executives (for Sales Manager role).
