Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them reach their targets.
∎ Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
∎ Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the senior managers and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
