Responsibilities & Context: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Provide information on our services, including home nursing, physiotherapy, caregiving, and pet care.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services provided.
Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
