  ·Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

   

  ·Collect and analyze market and competitor information regularly

   

  ·Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to management

   

  ·Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth service delivery

   

  ·Manage administrative functions to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly

   

  ·Perform other duties as assigned by management
