∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
∎ Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the department.
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and delivering tailored solutions.
∎ Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and updated throughout the service delivery process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs clearance procedures
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
