Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Manager is responsible for determining annual business plan & achieve planned business by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
∎ Maintains sales personnel performance by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Reports Management for improvement.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Creating and implementing a sales plan
∎ Minimum diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 5-7 years' experience in marketing electrical equipment's/switchgear. Educational background can be relaxed for the candidate who has extraordinarily performed in the similar field.
∎ Physical evidence in success shall be the key to determine qualifications.
