∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dairy, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Lead and coach nationwide sales team-members to achieve the sales target.
∎ Negotiate with and settle down agreements with critical customers.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvements.
∎ Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast.
∎ Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.
∎ Provide on time effective solutions to the problems of field sales force.
∎ Provide on-the-job internal training to sales force.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in Dairy sales will be given high priority.
