Job Context:
∎ Initiate and Increase Rapid Business Growth.
∎ Train, teach, and monitor on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
∎ Establish new profitable markets.
∎ Establish team excellence in planning, scheduling, and execution of standard work, operational efficiency, and driving results.
∎ Understand company vision and successfully manage change on the farm to support innovation and drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with clients to maximize business growth and opportunities.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sale target of the company.
∎ Develop and execute appropriate promotional plans and strategies to create demand of the product.
∎ Planning, developing and implementing sales structure in the organization.
∎ Formulating sales strategy and action plan.
∎ Handle client's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ To maintain individual customer ledger at field level.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
∎ Make Promotional package, generate new business idea and develop.
∎ Monitor, Motivate & inspire the sales team to get the work done.
∎ To attend randomly Farmer Meeting of every Field force and others promotional program of that area.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, Quarterly, Monthly, yearly report as required by management.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Business Acumen.
∎ Excellent in Strategic Business Planning & Critical thinking.
∎ Must be Goal Oriented.
∎ Highly Proactive.
∎ Must have Strong Communication & Convincing Skills
∎ Strong Team Building Capacity.
∎ Capacity to Work Under Pressure
∎ Experienced in managing a big team or Working as a Team.
∎ Strong Leadership Skill.
