Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the card sales team and ensure that monthly sales target is met or exceeded.
∎ Plan, organize, lead and control team and their activities
∎ Conceptualize and create new avenues of business in collaboration with different potential sectors of TBL.
∎ Assist in conducting Promotional Activities, acquisition of Co-branded card and achieve sales campaign or Exceed Budgeted Sales Volumes.
∎ Ensure that the documentation provided by the team is complete and error-free for all approved applications sourced
∎ Ensure regular follow up for document collection, which have been approved as Deferrals.
∎ Monthly/Weekly MIS on performance to Manager of the assigned Sales Team & to ensure regular tracking of Errors/Deferrals/etc.
∎ Provide regular customer and market feedback to senior management, to improve Product Offering and Business Acquisition.
∎ Capitalize on-cross selling opportunities.
∎ Motivate the Team Assigned by awarding the High Performers and guiding the others as to improve their performance
∎ Increase bank's visibility in the banking / financial industry
∎ Ensure that team members are always up to date on product features and promotions.
∎ Able to lead team of 15-20 DST and coach subordinates to deliver business results and achieve target
