- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical industry engaged with Animal Health Care Product (Medicine & Vaccine) Sale.
- Wide travel across the country is required.
- Must have computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & power point).
- Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Highly motivated and willing to take challenges
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and motivating the sales team to achieve the best results as per target fixed monthly & annually.
- Prepare monthly sales activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team and formulating strategies and establishing objectives to meet the sales target.
- Prepare product wise forecasting according to market demand and maintain.
- Prepare sales and marketing policy and after sales service policy according to market demand.
- Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors' activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Properly handle the credit status of every customer.
- Prepare and achieve sales budget.
- Conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective action as required.
