Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
∎ Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on sports product features.
∎ Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries about Sports products.
∎ Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
∎ Maintain product in-stock in presentable condition.
∎ Actively seek out customers in-store.
∎ Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
∎ Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
∎ Build productive trust relationships with customers.
∎ POS Software operated and maintain Cash Book.
∎ Comply with inventory control procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough Sports gear knowledge and understanding.
∎ Display a clear understanding of excellent customer service etiquette.
∎ Exhibits seasoned common sense and good judgment.
∎ Strong organization, time management, and documentation skills
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
∎ Be articulate both over the phone and in person.
∎ Excellent written and verbal skills.
