In-depth understanding of marketing and sales processes and client relationship management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
Willingness to travel as required

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide relevant training to sales staff.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle high-level customer negotiations and resolve any escalated issues.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Monitor & analysis market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to senior management.
- Adapt sales strategies in response to market changes and emerging trends.
Sales Operations and Performance Monitoring:
- Implement processes and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
