∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ In-depth understanding of marketing and sales processes and client relationship management.
∎ Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
∎ Willingness to travel as required

∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
∎ Set sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide relevant training to sales staff.
∎ Handle high-level customer negotiations and resolve any escalated issues.
∎ Monitor & analysis market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to senior management.
∎ Adapt sales strategies in response to market changes and emerging trends.
∎ Implement processes and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
