Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Automation, Drives, and Industrial Sales
Experience with YASKAWA VFD/INVERTERS systems preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptive to fieldwork
Ability to handle clients independently and close deals
Good command in MS Office and report preparation
Willing to travel frequently
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead direct and indirect sales for Drives & Automation (D&A) products and solutions.
Work with YASKAWA VFD/INVERTERS
Generate new business leads, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain channel partners and dealers to expand regional business.
Coordinate with clients (industrial, OEM, and public sector) for technical & commercial discussions.
Provide automation project support — from inquiry generation, offer preparation, to order execution.
Work closely with the engineering team for PLC, VFD
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent after-sales support.
