Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, commercial leasing, or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the local and international business environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and target potential clients, including embassies, expatriate offices, foreign chambers of commerce, and MNCs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals for the Business Center.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure a seamless move-in process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Expansion of TBC business in other location in Gulshan and Banani.
