Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Job Context:
∎ At least 2/3 years in sales
∎ Candidates with micro-credit experience will be given preference
∎ In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
∎ Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and Google Doc
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills
∎ Organizational and time-management skills
∎ Decision-making skills
∎ Self-motivated and driven by targets.
∎ Resilience.
∎ Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
∎ The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
∎ Numerical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Sales Executive (Vegetable) shall have the following roles and responsibilities: Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
∎ Meeting with clients during sales visits
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products
∎ Establishing new business
∎ Maintaining accurate records
∎ Negotiating contracts and packages
∎ Working towards monthly or annual targets.
∎ Encourage creativity and risk-taking
∎ Suggest and organize team building activities
∎ Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
∎ Observe day-to-day operation
∎ Hit KPI Target in Sales and Customer Acquisition
∎ Ensure the proper collection of dues from vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Performance bonus, Incentive (up to BDT 50,000 per month)
∎ Salary Review: Yearly (For permanent employees)
