Experience:
Proactive Selling: Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and following up on inquiries.
Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients to showcase the hotel`s facilities and services.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to secure business that meets the hotel`s revenue and profitability goals.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for room nights, revenue, and market segment share (e.g., corporate, group, MICE).
Managing a Sales Pipeline: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all prospects, active negotiations, and pending bookings in the hotel`s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
