Responsibilities & Context:
সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের জন্য সুপারভাইজার এর দিক নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা
আউটলেটে ক্যাশ কাউন্টার পরিচালনা করা।
গ্রাহকদের সাথে সঠিক যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে সর্বোওম সেবা প্রদান করা।
গ্রাহক সেবা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সর্বোচ্চ স্তরের গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
পরিকল্পনা অনুসারে পণ্যদ্রব্য সাজানো এবং প্রদর্শন করা।
নিয়ম অনুযায়ী সঠিক প্যাকেজিং ও পণ্য ডেলিভারী করতে হবেকর্মক্ষেত্রে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম কানুন মেনে চলা।
গ্রাহকদের অফার ও প্রমোশন সর্ম্পকে অবহিত করার মাধ্যমে বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা
পণ্যের মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণের তারিখ নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করা এবং সুপারভাইজারকে রিপোর্ট করা
