Job Responsibilities:
∎ You'll be responsible for driving sustainable business growth and forging strong business relationship with existing and new b2b clients within a region. Tasks to become a successful SE, include:
∎ Acquisition of customers/ market according to region
∎ Providing constructive feedback from customers/ market to ensure completion of sales.
∎ Communicating via phone or visit in person to close new or repeat sales.
∎ Reaching out to the customer to clarify any product information using images and/or collect images accordingly to reduce any error regarding the product's quality, grade or pricing.
∎ Communicating daily work hours per company policy.
∎ Report daily work to HOS/ Management on progress of regional sales progress.
∎ Communicate various marketing information provided by STL to its clients.
∎ Collect after sales information and feedback from the clients so that all issues are addressed for future sales.
∎ Collect payments for services rendered from designated clients as per credit or cash terms.
∎ Submitting weekly sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in English or Bangla), being able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level, Mid Management and Entry level executives
∎ Proficient in writing, reading and speaking in both English and Bangla
∎ Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and other office systems
∎ Results driven and self-motivated
∎ Strong ability to undertake working pressure
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Incentive of 20,000 to 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)Performance Related Bonus (Possibility of taking home extra 20,000 BDT per month)2 x annual Festival BonusRegular Training and Skills development platform will be provided to enhance career towards being a Business Development Professional (with relevant certificates)
