Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Admin HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide HR guidance and workforce planning with manpower budget & cost accordingly
∎ Analyze and ensure the implementation of employee recruitment, Casual staff management.
∎ Ensure attendance and leave management of all types of employees.
∎ Ensure workforce planning of every section considering productivity analysis and productivity impact analysis after staff training/exam/interview conducted.
∎ Ensure salary, overtime and benefits administration of the office on time and prepare different types of report as and when required by the management.
∎ To monitor and ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
∎ To follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs at work
∎ Keep all HR record in HRIS (e.g. absences, leave, payroll, bonus, increment, confirmation, promotion etc.) and ensure that HR data is of good quality and kept up to date, particularly regarding salary. Submit report to management time to time based on the information in HRIS.
∎ Keep track of all KPI record in HRIS of all staffs and follow up accordingly.
∎ Handle corporate admin tasks efficiently and timely.
∎ Develop and enforce company policies, SOP and procedures.

∎ To direct, control and monitor the overall administrative activities of the Company.
∎ To ensure the entire activities related to Compliance of the Company.
∎ To handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the Company as per Law of the Country.
∎ To ensure proper safety & security of the Company's employees, assets and properties including fire safety hazard.
∎ To ensure effective and efficient operation & maintenance of all machineries, equipment and vehicles of the Company.
∎ To maintain good relationship with Compliance Agencies, Labor Office, Labor Court, Labor Federation, Law Enforcing Departments, Local Authorities etc.
∎ To deal with Legal Matters like GD Entry, FIR, Land Disputes etc.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
