Responsibilities & Context:
- Collect orders for all types of fish fry and achieve targeted sales.
- Identify, set up and maintain communication with fish fry sales dealers.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost fish fry sales.
- Collect payments and ensure timely deposits; coordinate with the Accounts Department for document transfers.
- Provide pre-delivery services such as nursery pond preparation and post-delivery support including pond management and nursing services.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of farmers’ data.
- Conduct regular farm visits for fish sampling, water quality testing, data collection and proper documentation.
- Organize group discussions and seminars; distribute promotional materials to farmers.
