- This position requires highly technical communications with public, private stakeholders regarding sales and technical specifications of Home RO product, its filtration components and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication both online and offline Ability to communicate with public, government and business audiences to increase sales volume.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Reviews customer queries regarding water quality, including color, taste, odor, pressure, and lack of water; investigates and responds, or delegates response to customer inquiry. Maintain & review records and prepare reports.
- Maintain surveillance of the operating efficiency of the filtration process, flow rates and water distribution process and its storage Mechanism.
- Communicate with potential customers across Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and website.
- Manage and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the assigned manager.
