Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with local and international suppliers via email, calls, and online meetings.
Regular Coordination with exporters & suppliers regarding all necessary documents as per company requirements via email and zoom meeting.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotation collection and price negotiation.
Manage full import process including PI, LC, shipment, and customs clearance.
Maintain accurate filling & record keeping of all export and import documents.
Clear knowledge of HS code.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
Maintain strong liaison with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
