∎ Candidates with prior experience in the Tobacco and FMCG sector are highly proffered.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and expand the sales and distribution network for our pan masala products
∎ Leverage existing contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the tobacco trade
∎ Identify new business opportunities in both rural and urban markets
∎ Educate and onboard retailers about the product, positioning, and sales techniques
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in real time
∎ Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns
∎ Prepare detailed market visit reports and provide insights for business improvement
∎ Ability to work in a new company and help establish the sales department.
