Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales & Market Development: Help build the company's sales and distribution network from scratch, onboarding distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
∎ Market Expansion: Identify and develop key markets for our pan masala products, ensuring widespread availability.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with retailers and distributors to secure long-term partnerships.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Work towards aggressive sales targets and drive revenue growth.
∎ Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to shape our sales strategy.
∎ Brand Awareness & Promotions: Assist in marketing campaigns, in-store branding, and promotional activities.
∎ Reporting & Strategy: Provide feedback, sales reports, and suggestions to optimize sales operations.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure sales practices align with industry regulations.
