Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure repeat sales from existing customers.
- Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to enhance growth and market share.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Present and promote products/services to clients in person or over the phone.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
