Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure repeat sales from existing customers.
∎ Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to enhance growth and market share.
∎ Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
∎ Present and promote products/services to clients in person or over the phone.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals. Monitor market trends and competitors.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress.
∎ Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
