∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
∎ University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Invoice Processing, Sales Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive order from the Dealers through phone.
∎ Collect order from sales & marketing executives.
∎ To Make correction in all Invoice( if necessary).
∎ To inform the price which invoice made by the dealers.
∎ To do all invoice through E.R.P software.
∎ To create new dealer's name & their Code Number through E.R.P.
∎ To provide sales update to the Sales & Marketing executive regarding their respective dealers.
∎ To send mail to the authority about the sales report of all executives.
∎ To provide present stock to the Dealers and Executives.
∎ To help the authority to making quarterly commission report.
∎ To help the authority to making yearly sales report.
∎ Any others duty assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Skill in Excel
∎ Must be Expert in working Microsoft Office (Excel).
∎ Preference will be given who have previous experience in working E.R.P software.
∎ At least two years experience to making Invoice in sales and marketing department.
Salary: Negotiable
