• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GDS/airline reservation systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in air ticket and tour package sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the travel and tourism sector.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell air tickets, holiday packages, and other travel services to clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.

• Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and close sales effectively.

• Identify new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on airline policies, fares, promotions, and travel trends.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
