Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive sales target of the assigned territory
∎ Ensure sales growth through increasing retail outlets
∎ Monitor Sales Representatives and motivate them to achieve individual target
∎ Visit distributor points on regular basis and monitor product movement
∎ Ensure to achievement of individual sales targets set by the management
∎ Checking inventory of products, ensuring minimum inventory levels in Distribution
∎ Recruit new distributors to ensure sales growth and increase area coverage
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities
∎ Ensure and Plan route for individual sales representative and monitor accordingly
∎ Ensure the optimum product mix reaching the market on time in full quantity
∎ Prepare monthly, weekly demand forecasting to central distribution to ensure smooth delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
