Become a Sales and Customer Service Tour Consultant at VICTORY TRAVEL PTE. LTD., a travel agency in the Central Region. One of the most prestigious travel agencies operating from 1995.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a customer service or sales role within the travel industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

-Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms-A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others plan their dream vacations-Proficiency in multiple languages, including English

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role within the travel industry.

-Commitment to working on alternate weekends.
