∎ 5 years of relevant experience in agriculture, contract farming, organic crops, or seed management.
∎ FMCG background preferred.
∎ In-depth knowledge of organic farming techniques, including pest management, crop rotation, and soil conservation.
∎ Strong hands-on experience in organic farming practices, crop management, and seed production.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively promote and sell agro products to farmers, distributors, and other relevant clients.
∎ Have to visit regularly in popular fruits and vegetable selling points, branded and non super shops.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support, addressing their needs, and building trust.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets within the specified region by effectively using sales strategies and tactics.
∎ Develop and implement contract farming models specifically for organic crops and seed production.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted farmers and guide them on organic farming practices.
∎ Ensure compliance with organic farming regulations and certifications.
∎ Conduct regular field visits and provide on-site technical assistance to farmers.
∎ Coordinate with the supply chain team for the timely collection and distribution of crops.
∎ Maintain detailed records of contracts, field activities, and farmer performance.
∎ The workplace will be majorly in the market.
