∎ B.Sc Engineer & Diploma are discouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
∎ Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales
∎ Achieve sales within budgeted cost
∎ Be accountable for all of customer credit and account
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
∎ ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
∎ carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating the database on crop acreage, market size and share and strength of the companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share of eon.
∎ Effective business relationships with all dealers, retailers, farmers and develop and maintain relationships with DAE people

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Industry Related: Seed/Fertilizer /Other Agro Products.
