- Manage and nurture leads effectively through phone and in-person communication
- Conduct tele-sales activities to promote and sell academy courses
- Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation and regular follow-up with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation
