We are looking for energetic, smart, and career-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who are passionate about sales, marketing, and student counseling. This internship offers hands-on experience in education marketing, CRM, digital marketing, customer communication, and business development. Outstanding performers may be offered a permanent position upon successful completion of the internship. Entry-level education sales internships commonly emphasize student counseling, lead follow-up, CRM updates, campaign support, and enrollment target achievement.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email.

• Counsel students and guardians regarding courses, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with interested leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system on a daily basis.

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets assigned by the management.

• Support Facebook, Google, and other digital marketing campaigns by responding to inquiries promptly.

• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, open houses, education fairs, and promotional events.

• Visit educational institutions, coaching centers, and corporate organizations for promotional activities when required.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor information to support marketing strategies.

• Prepare daily activity reports, sales reports, and internship progress reports.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with students, guardians, educational partners, and corporate clients.

• Coordinate with the Marketing, Admission, and Academic teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Perform any other sales and marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
