Experience:
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional communication and coordination with Japanese language schools, colleges, universities, partner organizations, and other relevant institutions in Japan.
Communicate regularly with Japanese schools and partner institutions through email, telephone, Zoom, and other online platforms.
Prepare, review, and respond to official correspondence in Japanese.
Coordinate student admission procedures, application submissions, interviews, document requirements, COE processing, and enrollment-related matters.
Follow up with Japanese institutions regarding application status, interview results, tuition fees, deadlines, and other important updates.
Translate and interpret Japanese, English, and Bengali communications when required.
Arrange and participate in online and in-person meetings with Japanese representatives.
Maintain accurate records of institutional communication, student applications, and pending tasks.
Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective partner institutions in Japan.
Assist management in preparing proposals, agreements, reports, meeting agendas, and official documents related to Japan.
Provide students and internal team members with accurate information received from Japanese institutions.
Ensure that all communication follows Japanese business etiquette, professional standards, and required timelines.
Handle urgent communication and resolve coordination issues professionally and efficiently.
This position requires a responsible, organized, and experienced professional who can independently manage communication with Japanese educational institutions. The candidate must be capable of understanding formal Japanese communication, institutional procedures, cultural expectations, and student admission processes.
The role involves regular coordination with Japanese representatives and requires accuracy, confidentiality, patience, professionalism, and strong follow-up skills.
