ob Responsibilities

• Promote GSIS Academy's training programs, courses, and educational services.

• Generate student leads through online and offline marketing activities.

• Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and guardians.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and business partners.

• Execute field marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage social media inquiries and online lead generation activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

• Represent the organization at education fairs, career events, and promotional programs.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with experience in education marketing, training institutes, EdTech, or service sales will receive preference.

Experience Requirements

• 0 to 3 years

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Admission Counseling, or Business Development will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good spoken and written English and Bangla.

• Smart, energetic, and professional appearance.
