Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Explore and evaluate potential sites for new exclusive showroom establishments.
∎ Prepare showroom agreements and ensure their timely submission to the Head Office.
∎ Develop and submit a monthly route plan by the 29th of each month for the upcoming month.
∎ Visit showrooms according to the approved daily route plan to ensure operational compliance.
∎ Apply and sustain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in all showrooms.
∎ Ensure exclusive display of company products by removing competitor items from showrooms.
∎ Maintenance of showroom, including signboards, branding, dealer complaints, and under-lever issues.
∎ Submit detailed reports after each showroom visit to the concerned authorities.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated data for all exclusive showrooms.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with the Sales Team for operational and strategic alignment.
