• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma OR Bachelor’s Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales and servicing of industrial machinery (Fresher’s with strong technical skills may apply).

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a basic understanding of boilers and industrial machinery.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and visit client locations.

• Must have a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Location: Pallabi, Mirpur-12, Dhaka-1216.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets is a key responsibility.

• Must perform field sales and marketing.

• Must visit 14 to 15 industries every day.

• Must take (and achieve) the sales target.

• Must possess strong sales skills with the ability to effectively convert opportunities into successful deals.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

• Promote and sell boilers and related equipment to potential clients.

• Higher commissions will be negotiable based on sales performance.

• Mobile bill, Sales incentives and bonuses.

• Yearly salary review and performance-based on Sales promotions.

• Festival bonuses.

• Travel allowances for field visits.
