Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline,
∎ Skills Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in Marketing sales
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote CityDokan's platform to potential merchants of different
∎ outdoor market.
∎ Assist and guide merchants in setting up their shops online.
∎ Visit 5 days over a week and provide excellent customer service,
∎ addressing merchant queries and concerns promptly.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring
∎ their satisfaction with our platform.
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of City Dokan's
∎ merchant community.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 months of experience in Marketing & sales,
∎ preferably in e-commerce or related field.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales
∎ strategies.
∎ High level of enthusiasm and motivation to achieve sales targets.
∎ IT Sales (SEIP, BASIS) & applicant from "Pencil Box Training
∎ Institute" will get extra Priority.
∎ HSC Passed or Graduation Student.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Variable Bonus: 3,000 - 5,000 Taka (Performance-based)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Allowance: 2,000 - 3,500 Taka (Based on activity)
∎ Salary Increment: 1-2 times a year (Based on performance)
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 time per year
