Responsibilities & Context:
- Good understanding of sales & marketing.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve the set sales target and objectives.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback to the management to maximize team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on interior design products, trends, and industry developments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Stay updated on interior design products, trends, and industry developments.
- Work closely with other departments such as design, and estimation to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
