Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with retail clients and promote company’s wholesale products
Regularly communicate with existing clients and maintain strong relationships
Follow up with clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction
Share information and pictures of new arrivals/products with clients promptly
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective planning
Prepare basic sales reports and update client databases
