Responsibilities & Context:
- Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and guests at the front desk
- Receive incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
- Provide basic information regarding products, orders, and deliveries to clients
- Handle customer communication via WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone
- Call existing and new clients occasionally to collect feedback/reviews and report to management
- Present product highlights and service information to visitors and clients
- Manage courier documents, register client/visitor logs, and maintain reception records
- Keep the reception area tidy and professional
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks when required
